We are partnering with our client, a leading financial services organization, in the search for a Recruiting Coordinator to join its growing Talent Acquisition team in Chicago.

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the full-cycle recruitment process while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate interviews across multiple business lines and calendars, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
- Manage interview logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes organized and moving efficiently
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
- Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, and other recruiting materials
- Support campus recruiting, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives
- Assist with recruiting operations projects and process improvements as the team continues to grow
- What They're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required1-3 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, or administrative experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment
