Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Internal Corporate)Market: Great Lakes Market (Chicagoland Area)Join a mission-driven team dedicated to excellence in healthcare. We are seeking a tech-savvy, collaborative, and high-energy Internal Corporate Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our Great Lakes Market.
While this role offers remote flexibility, it features a hybrid structure to support our four acute facilities and medical group, including Hinsdale, LaGrange, Glen Oaks, and Bolingbrook.
As an Internal Corporate Sourcer, you aren't just finding resumes—you are the engine that drives our talent pipelines. This role is pivoting to a dedicated outbound strategy, focusing 70% of your time on proactive talent discovery and executive/clinical mapping. You will leverage creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent that aligns with our mission.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Remote (Must reside within the Chicagoland area to meet local site visit and meeting requirements).
$38.00 – $43.00/hour (Based on experience).

What You’ll DoProactive Outbound Sourcing (70% Focus): Utilize advanced outbound techniques via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CRM platforms, and talent dashboards to hunt for passive talent.
Target Hard-to-Fill Clinical Staffing: Build robust pipelines for high-priority clinical roles, specifically Cath Lab and IR Techs (requiring Rad Tech licensure) and Experienced RNs (Med Surg and ICU focus).
Leadership & Executive Search: Own and execute all outbound sourcing strategies for Director-level positions and above.
Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial outreach and screen candidates using behavioral-based techniques to assess cultural fit and qualifications before handing off to Recruiters.
Market Presence: Participate in "Walk-in Wednesday" rotations and quarterly on-site "TA Days" to build face-to-face relationships with managers, candidates, and the local team.
Tech-Forward Outreach: Leverage cutting-edge tools including Workday, CRM platforms, HireVue, and AI (ChatGPT) to streamline candidate messaging, campaign creation, and talent pool segmentation.
Systems: Previous experience with Workday ATS and modern CRM platforms is a significant plus.
Certifications: Sourcing-specific certifications (e.g., SocialTalent, AIRS) or general HR/TA certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP).
Training & OnboardingWe believe in setting you up for success. Your first week will involve an immersive, all-expenses-paid training trip to our corporate headquarters in Altamonte Springs, FL.Timeline: Early July (In-person Monday–Thursday, Virtual Friday; exact dates to be finalized upon offer).
