Successful sourcers utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer goals. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done.
They draw on knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will source and engage candidates for technical profiles - including software development engineers, technical product managers, and other specialized roles - supporting teams that build and scale AWS services.
You will proactively identify, reach out to, and build relationships with prospective candidates, serving as their first point of contact with Amazon and representing our team's culture and mission.
Candidates must be able to successfully manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics. They must understand how to prioritize and achieve SLAs. The best candidates will draw on knowledge of talent acquisition and tech roles and areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, strong organizational skills, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
