As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in 360° Finance & Accounting recruitment, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, analyse client needs, conduct market research, and present tailored recruitment solutions in a clear and structured way. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and actively contribute to business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes within Finance & Accounting
• Analyse client needs and conduct research to identify the best recruitment solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery
• Share market insights and contribute to strategic planning
• Your Profile
• Experience in recruitment (Finance/Accounting preferred)
• Strong commercial mindset and goal orientation
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• French native speaker;
• English B2+; German is a strong asset
• Desire to grow horizontally and develop sector expertise
• Collaborative, proactive and able to integrate smoothly into the team
