In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and develop recruitment operations and employer branding in a growing international IT consulting company. Your work will have a direct impact on how successfully we attract talent and support our business growth across different markets.

• You will be responsible for technology and professional recruitments while helping hiring managers make successful hiring decisions through market insights and your strong recruitment expertise.
• Working closely with different stakeholders, you will ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment processes and excellent candidate experience.🧩 What your role includes
• Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to the business and directly contributing to how we build capabilities to support Norrin's growth
• Working with international recruitment across Finland, Sweden, the United States, Thailand, and Vietnam
• Owning assigned recruitment processes for complex technology and professional roles
• Designing and executing targeted direct search strategies to identify and attract the right talent
• Proactively building and maintaining talent networks across different markets
• Ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Actively developing recruitment practices, processes, and tools together with the TA team
• Collaborating with marketing on employer branding initiatives and participating in selected employer branding activities

• Strong direct search and sourcing capabilities, combined with an understanding of technical roles
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A practical, proactive and effective approach to work
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and growing environment
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills➕ What’s a Plus
• Experience in international recruitment
• Experience and interest in employer branding development and/or employer branding activities
