Role Summary

We are seeking an IT Recruiter to join our team as a Candidate-Side Recruiter. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing IT talent (technical & non-technical roles) for clients across Hong Kong and global markets. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will own the entire candidate journey—from sourcing to onboarding—while managing 2 key clients simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT talent for Hong Kong and global markets
• Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple IT roles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
• Negotiate salary, benefits, and terms between candidate and client
• Support new hires through onboarding process and ensure smooth transition
• Manage 2 key clients simultaneously; understand their hiring needs and deliver quality candidates

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience hiring for companies outside India (APAC region preferred)
• Experience sourcing for IT roles (technical & non-technical): Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Network Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevOps, etc.
• Sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, onboarding
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, etc.), and professional networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Prior experience hiring for APAC region is a strong advantage
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize workload effectively
