工作內容 (Job Responsibilities)：主動開拓人才渠道：利用各大社交平台（如 LinkedIn, 小紅書等）、求職網站及校園活動，主動搜尋並聯繫潛在有潛質發展保險事業的人才。執行全方位招募流程：負責由篩選履歷、進行初步電話/視像面試，到安排候選人與團隊主管（District/Team Manager）進行深入面試的整個流程。推廣團隊及行業優勢：向候選人清晰解說保險業的晉升前景、團隊文化、佣金制度及配套支援跟進及輔導考牌流程：跟進並協助通過初審的候選人報考 IIQE（保險中介人資格考試）
