Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for quant researchers, traders, developers, and other critical roles.
- Develop and execute campus hiring strategies, including building relationships with top universities, organizing career fairs, and managing internship and graduate programs.
- Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, networking, and partnerships with academic institutions.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Promote the firm’s brand through recruitment marketing, campus events, and digital platforms to attract top talent.
- Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within hedge funds, prop trading firms or top tier investment banks.
- Strong track record in campus recruitment and building university partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
