Recruitment Specialist

Responsibility:

Identify and engage top talent through global competitions (e.g., ICPC, IMC, Supercomputing competitions, International Science Olympiads) and premier academic conference programs.

Lead talent attraction and recruitment initiatives across the APAC region (based in Hong Kong; coverage includes Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, UAE, etc.).

Develop and execute campus recruitment and internship hiring strategies, especially for technical/R&D roles.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven experience in campus recruitment and internship hiring (experience hiring for R&D roles is a strong plus).
• Experience organizing employer branding initiatives or talent engagement events (e.g., campus talks, hackathons, competitions) preferred.
• Strong network and relationship management skills.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to completion.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel across the APAC region (approximately once per month).
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
