We are looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive (Overseas Business Department) to join our growing international team in Head Office, South Korea.🔹 Key Qualifications & Requirements✔ Valid visa status in South Korea.✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Engineering, or a related field.✔ Master’s degree preferred.✔ Minimum 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or related fields.✔ Proven experience sourcing international engineering experts for infrastructure projects.✔ Strong hands-on experience with ATS and HRM systems.✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-cultural and international teams.✔ Fluent in English (Korean language skills are a plus).💼
