Determine recruitment goals based on the company’s human resources planning needs; draft and regularly update job descriptions; develop effective overseas recruitment strategies; and make adjustments and oversee implementation throughout the process.
Manage the entire overseas recruitment lifecycle, including needs analysis, sourcing strategy development, interview evaluation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Expand and refine recruitment channels; ensure recruitment quality; improve recruitment efficiency; and enhance the company-wide talent pool.
Establish an overseas recruitment data tracking system, regularly produce recruitment progress reports, and provide data support for management decision-making.
Drive the development of the company’s global employer brand, enhance talent attraction, and ensure a sustainable talent pipeline to support business growth.
Participate in various human resources projects and deliver project deliverables on schedule.
Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution, majoring in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in recruiting high-level talent, including at least 3 years of relevant experience in overseas recruitment within the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of successful cases.
Extensive practical experience in optimizing recruitment systems, attracting core talent, and enhancing interviewer capabilities.
Approachable and communicative, with excellent teamwork skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and strong execution capabilities.
Excellent learning ability, keen insight, and the ability to work well under pressure.
