An organization in the financial services sector is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role supports recruiters and hiring leaders by coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting data, and helping deliver a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
About the Opportunity
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (EST)
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-up communications, and related logistics for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Support the creation and distribution of offer package materials and related documentation
- Maintain recruiting data in HR systems, reporting tools, and tracking spreadsheets
- Help manage candidate experience touchpoints throughout the hiring process
- Assist with recruiting and HR-related projects and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment, including internship experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment
Desired Skills
- Experience with an applicant tracking system or recruiting system
- Exposure to offer letter preparation or recruiting data maintenance
- Familiarity with candidate scheduling and hiring coordination
