We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our companys continued growth. You will play a key role in building strong teams and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Your daily tasks will include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining candidate records in the applicant tracking system. You will also build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while ensuring all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders. Experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition is preferred but not mandatory. A good understanding of sourcing methods, job boards, and interview techniques is highly valued.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Familiarity with recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
