About the Role

We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record of recruiting real estate agents in the UAE market.

This role is focused primarily on recruitment and talent acquisition. We are specifically looking for candidates who have previously worked with a Dubai real estate brokerage and have successfully hired real estate agents at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment of real estate agents
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified broker candidates
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networks
• Conduct screening interviews and manage the hiring process
• Coordinate onboarding and recruitment documentation
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring metrics

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience in recruiting real estate agents in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of sourcing channels, candidate pipelines, and recruitment strategies within the Dubai real estate market
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
