Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across blue-collar, white-collar, and technical roles

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct headhunting

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs

Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding activities

Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of vacancies

Track recruitment KPIs including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate

Conduct bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and mass recruitment projects

Proven experience handling high-volume recruitment

Strong sourcing and headhunting skills

Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience hiring for operational, technical, and support functions
