We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions. You will play a key role in driving recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting business growth and workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities, and role expectations.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, networking, and recruitment partners.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and other specialised positions.
- Conduct candidate screening and assessment to evaluate suitability against business and technical requirements.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional stakeholder management.
- Provide market intelligence and recruitment insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data within applicant tracking systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in any field.
- Min. 5–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Proven experience hiring for technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialised roles within industrial, technology-driven, or high-tech environments.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
