Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to accurately define open position requirements and develop effective candidate profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with various stakeholders to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract professional-level talent for funded and proposal requisitions, focusing on federal civilian, health, and defense market segments.
• Implement targeted sourcing strategies aimed at passive candidates and build robust candidate pipelines.
• Evaluate, select, and implement new sourcing tools and processes to enhance recruitment efficacy.
• Manage sourcing projects from start to finish, ensuring all goals and priorities are achieved.
• Conduct a variety of recruiting functions including identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Utilize our applicant tracking system efficiently to manage candidates through the hiring lifecycle; write compelling job advertisements and conduct reference checks.
• Monitor recruitment activities and metrics to ensure compliance with hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• A minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience is required.
• Proven experience in crafting sourcing strategies and writing engaging job descriptions.
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The minimum salary for this position is $70,000, with a maximum of $75,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications. We offer a robust benefits package, which includes health insurance, life and disability coverage, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
