Ali-General Contractor US (ALIGCUS) was founded in 2008. After over ten years of development, the company has also developed into a full-service real estate enterprise integrating real estate investment consulting, architectural design, landscape design, and interior design.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to research, develop, and implement effective Talent Management strategies to attract and retain a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the company. This role will focus on full-cycle recruitment as well as employee onboarding and training initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Creating and posting job descriptions, reviewing and analyzing resumes, and contacting potential candidates to schedule interviews
- Ability to generate recruitment leads from various sources
- Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
- Negotiate with candidates based on set budget range for the position
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
- Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations
- Assist in developing and implementing new hire onboarding programs
- Coordinate and support employee training initiatives
- Track employee progress and training completion
- Help improve internal processes related to employee development
- Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is (Required)
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- At least 3 years managing full-cycle of the recruitment and hiring process
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior recruiting experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or related industries is a plus.
