We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated & experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team based in Cronulla.
You will be assisting with full 360-degree recruitment activities from phone screening, interviewing, reference checking and other administrative tasks. Your day will fly by!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct 360-degree recruitment activities for both office and trade roles
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, reference checking
- Posting job advertisements
- Organise & facilitate HR inductions for new starters
- Maintain & update the candidate database
- Manage offboarding of employees and conduct exit interviews
- Complete all HR & Recruitment administration
- SKILLS & EXPERIENCEAt least 2 -3 years’ experience within recruitment
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise & juggle multiple stakeholders, tasks, & timelines effectively
- An articulate, professional, & friendly manner with excellent communication skills over the phone, and in person
- Previous experience in the Building & Construction industry is desirable but not essential
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook & Excel
