This pivotal role acts as a strategic partner in designing Workday Talent and Onboarding Modules, driving innovation and optimizing HR systems through expert knowledge of Workday configurations and design principles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create efficient, scalable solutions that align with RSM's organizational strategy.
Additionally, you will lead a talented team, manage complex projects, and proactively identify areas for improvement and automation within Workday.
