The Human Resources Service Delivery Division (HRSD) within the Department of Human Resources (DHR) seeks two customer-focused HR Analysts (Talent Specialist) to join the Talent Acquisition Team. These positions will work to fill recruitments, provide county-wide support for new employee onboarding, as well as take an active role in related programs and projects.
The successful candidates will have a solid foundation of knowledge in human resources, an enthusiasm for all things talent, and have recruiting as their chosen career. You will champion the workflows that have been developed to increase diversity and remove barriers to our applicants.
The individuals selected for these fast-paced roles will provide centralized support to King County agencies who employ a combined 19,000 people. They will bring curiosity to the table and a knack for organization to support solutions and tools that meet the needs of our partner agencies.Applying equity and social justice principles is a daily responsibility and foundational expectation for all DHR employees.

Work Schedule
This position is non-exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards act and therefore overtime eligible. Employees are paid on a bi-weekly schedule, every other Thursday, comprising a 40-hour workweek, normally 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Union Membership
This position is represented by Teamsters Local 117 Professional & Technical.
This position works a hybrid schedule of remote and onsite work, requiring work in the office at least three days a week. Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
The primary onsite location is King Street Center, 201 S. Jackson, Seattle, Washington 98104.Hybrid work schedules and/or work locations are subject to change based upon operational necessity.
