Aston Carter
This is a one-year contract opportunity for an experienced Recruiter II to lead high-volume talent acquisition efforts and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
You will manage approximately 25 active requisitions at a time, focusing on proactive sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and close partnership with hiring managers to meet defined hiring metrics and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

This is a on-site role based in Seattle, working five days per week in a corporate office environment. The position follows an 8-hour workday with flexible scheduling, and may align to Eastern Standard Time hours if preferred.
You will work extensively with applicant tracking systems and standard office technology while collaborating in person with hiring managers and colleagues in a fast-paced, metrics-driven talent acquisition setting. Professional office attire is expected.
