- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a strong focus on mid to senior-level positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the organization to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance
- Drive stakeholder management at senior level, ensuring alignment, responsiveness, and high-quality delivery
- Source, assess, and interview candidates using a variety of channels and techniques
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
- Coordinate and manage recruitment processes with efficiency and precision
- Provide market insights and support decision-making on hiring strategies

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter within an international environment
- Strong experience recruiting for senior and/or strategic roles
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and delivery-oriented
- Available to start immediately
- Fluent in English
- French is a plus
