You will work closely with Hiring Managers, coordinate multiple recruitment projects, and play an important role in delivering a smooth and professional candidate experience.🔧
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different business areas
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and support them throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and recruitment administration
- Manage multiple parallel recruitment processes in a dynamic environment
- Support both specialist and volume recruitment activities
- Work with ATS and HR systems such as Success
- Factors or similar platforms
- Ensure high-quality process coordination and positive candidate experience
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business teams👤
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Coordination, or a similar role
- Experience working closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent Norwegian and English — both written and spoken➕ Nice to Have
- Experience within banking, finance, or insurance sector
- Experience in volume recruitment
- Experience in tech / AI recruitment
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations
- Knowledge of assessment or testing tools
