We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (all genders) who can own the full recruitment cycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and help us scale our teams with the right talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Your Responsibilities
- End‑to‑End Recruitment
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles: drafting and posting job ads, active sourcing, screening applications, conducting initial phone/video interviews, and providing timely feedback and offers to candidates.
- Manage the transition from candidate to employee and ensure a smooth, well‑structured onboarding experience.
- Focus particularly on hiring for Sales, Customer Support positions.
- If required also for other departments (Tech, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Admin)
- Project & Process Management
- Act as the subject‑matter expert for all talent acquisition topics within the HR team.
- Contribute to strategic and process‑related recruiting projects (e.g., improving funnel conversion, time‑to‑hire, interview structure).
- Develop and improve HR processes and guidelines to enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and Team Leads, advising them on talent market, profiles, and selection decisions.
- Work with stakeholders to define hiring needs and create clear hiring plans.
- Ensure a consistent, positive recruiting experience for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work as part of our HR / Admin team (currently 3 HR and 4 Admin team members), reporting directly to the Head of HR & Admin.
- Collaborate closely, share best practices, and support team members with your expertise and experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting ideally in an agency, startup and/or scale-up environment.
- Proven experience hiring for volume roles, ideally in Sales and Customer Support.
- Demonstrated track record in active sourcing, evaluating and hiring talent, including running structured phone/video screenings.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers / Team Leads, including assessing talent needs and defining hiring plans.
- Experience creating recruiting reports and working with HR / ATS software (e.g., Workable or similar tools).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
- Strong skills in offer/salary negotiation and a solid understanding of local labor legislation and labor market trends in Italy.
- Knowledge about German labor law and labor market is considered a Plus.
- High empathy and confidence when speaking with candidates, with the ability to understand different backgrounds and career ambitions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and fluency in English.

- Hybrid-setting: you would need to come to our office in Milan (near Milano Certosa) on a weekly basis (3 days per week).
- Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term.
- Salary: 26-34K (depending on experience)
