SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER – GCC

One of our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading international organization and support operations across the GCC region. This role combines strategic HR business partnering with hands-on operational HR leadership and offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Coach and support leaders on performance management, employee engagement and people development.
• Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Support both blue-collar and white-collar employee populations across multiple GCC locations.
• Drive HR projects, process improvements and change management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and HR best practices across the region.
• Collaborate closely with regional leadership teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong HR Business Partnering experience within Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Logistics, Facilities Management or Industrial sectors.
• Experience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
• Proven experience managing HR teams.
• Strong employee relations and workforce planning expertise.
• Experience coaching and influencing senior stakeholders.
• GCC regional exposure is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly across GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia and Oman.
