Role Overview
We are looking for a People Partner to join our People team. You will work closely with business leaders and the broader HR team to support day-to-day people operations and employee lifecycle management. A key part of this role is human capital management — owning the resourcing and flow of our internal talent to ensure the right people are deployed to the right opportunities as our business needs evolve.
This role also provides exposure to organisational change and integration work as Temus continues to grow.
Job Responsibilities
People Partnering
- Support business unit leaders with day-to-day HR advisory across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, providing practical guidance on policies, processes, and MOM regulations.
- Assist in headcount planning and help maintain accurate records in line with internal governance and Finance sign-off requirements.
- Coordinate and support the execution of performance review cycles, including documentation, calibration logistics, and follow-up actions.
Human Capital Management
- Manage the resourcing and internal flow of talent, matching employees to projects and roles based on skills, capacity, and development needs.
- Maintain visibility of bench, utilisation, and upcoming demand, working with delivery and business leaders to anticipate and resolve resourcing gaps.
- Track and analyse internal talent movement, redeployment, and capacity trends to inform workforce planning and hiring decisions.
- Partner with managers to identify development opportunities and stretch assignments that align individual growth with business needs.
Organisational Change & Integration Support
- Assist with onboarding and integration activities for employees joining through new business units or acquired entities.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and process guides to reflect changes in organisational structure or workforce composition.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3–6 years of HR experience in a people partnering or HR generalist role, preferably in a technology or professional services environment.
- Exposure to resourcing, workforce planning, or human capital management is strongly preferred, particularly in a project- or consulting-based environment.
- Good working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, CPF regulations, and MOM requirements.
- Comfortable working with data — able to prepare reports, maintain trackers, and support resourcing analysis in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across levels of the organisation.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience supporting organisational change or integration activities is an advantage.
