- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement human resources strategies that support organizational goals and drive business success.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Oversee performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and recognition programs to promote continuous development.
- Lead change management efforts by designing and executing initiatives that facilitate organizational transitions smoothly while maintaining employee morale.
- Administer benefits programs, including benefits administration and FMLA compliance, ensuring employees are well-informed about available resources.
- Utilize HRIS platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro for data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
- Support employee relations by mediating conflicts, managing dispute resolution processes, and fostering a respectful workplace environment.
- Develop succession planning strategies and talent management initiatives to identify high-potential employees and prepare future leaders.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations while maintaining accurate records through systems like ADP, Kronos, Ceridian, or Taleo.
- Drive process improvements within HR functions by leveraging data analysis skills to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency. Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in change management and organizational design to support growth initiatives.
- Strong talent acquisition skills with expertise in recruiting strategies and ATS platforms such as Taleo or PeopleSoft.
- Proficiency in human resources management systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of employment & labor law compliance including FMLA regulations.
- Skilled in conflict management, employee relations, training & development programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Project management capabilities for leading HR initiatives from conception through execution.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes and HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
