The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Senior HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and management teams, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals.
This role is responsible for driving talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
The Senior HRBP provides guidance and support to leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines and acts as a trusted advisor to promote a high-performance culture.
Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience supporting senior leadership and managing complex employee relations matters.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrixed environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
Advance English Level
