Our client is part of a fast-paced global group, looking to welcome a HRBP to their Dublin team.
This is a 360 role managing the full employee life cycle and reporting to the HR Operations Manager with 3 direct reports.
Key responsibilities
Build strong, credible relationships across the business, constructively challenging and supporting leaders to deliver high-quality, commercially focused HR solutions
Provide expert guidance on employment law and employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and best practice outcomes
Manage and oversee complex ER/IR cases, engaging with Trade Unions
Organisational change & transformation Assist in recruitment & onboarding Lead, manage, and develop a team of 3 to drive performance
Support the development of action plans that drive measurable improvements in engagement, employee experience and organisational culture.
Provide monthly reporting and dashboards on people analytics
Key Skills
Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline CIPD qualification (or equivalent) 3+ years’ HR experience, including HRBP or senior generalist roles Coming from a fast-paced or matrix organisation
Proven ability to manage complex ER cases Excellent communicator, comfortable working in a changing environment
