Green SM is currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead our Human Resources and Administration functions in the Norway. This role is pivotal in driving organizational effectiveness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with our company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Management
- Ensure full compliance with the Norway Labor Code and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, offboarding, and labor dispute resolution
- Administer HR documentation including AEP/9G visas for expatriates, Phil
- Health, SSS, and Pag-IBIG contributions
- Coordinate payroll processing with Finance and manage employee benefits, leave credits, and statutory contributions
- Propose and implement competitive compensation, allowance, and incentive policies aligned with market benchmarks
- Lead internal training programs focused on leadership, compliance, and supervisory development
- Monitor and report on HR key performance indicators (e.g., attrition rate, time-to-hire, employee engagement)
- Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning and organizational development
- Administration Management
- Manage office lease agreements, business permits, insurance policies, and vendor contracts
- Coordinate with IT to oversee asset accountability, office supplies, and uniform distribution
- Administer IT Asset Accountability Forms, cost recovery processes, and payroll deductions for lost or mishandled items
- Ensure timely renewal and compliance of business permits, GIS filings, DOLE reports, and LGU requirements
- Supervise internal services including canteen, shuttle, security, and facilities management
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire prevention, and health regulations
- Provide logistical support for corporate trainings, workshops, and team-building activities
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to standardize policies and reporting frameworks
- Advise senior leadership on HR and operational expenditures, and recommend process improvements
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex operations
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in dynamic or fast-growing organizations is highly desirable
- Fluent in Norwegian
