Position Summary / MissionTo develop and implement, within the framework established by Corporate People & Culture strategy, the local strategy and programs. Work closely with local management, internal stakeholders to support the organization and the current and future growth of employees.
The P&C Senior Manager will lead the management of P&C processes in everything related to Talent Acquisition, Training, Development, Labour Relations, Compensation & Benefits and People and Culture projects.
Salary analysis and references, review of payments and social benefits. Internal communication: transmit corporate messages on internal channels and be proactive in searching for messages to share with the teams. Labour relations: Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulatory requirements and manage any employee relation issues.
Graduate in Psychology, Administration, Business or similar. Masters degree in People & Culture field is a plus. Advanced spoken and written English (C1) is a must. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
