HR Business Partner, Investment Bank

A leading investment bank is looking for an experienced HRBP to join its Hong Kong team. Sweet spot VP level.

• Perform all rounded HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning and employee relations to support company’s growth plans and business operation.
• Being a business partner, communicate with business leaders directly to understand the recruitment needs and meet the requirement.
• Identify effective recruitment channels and selection criteria to improve hiring efficiency.
• Provide daily support to business units to ensure the business needs are properly and timely met.
• Conduct market research and benchmark for updated market information and human resources best practices for human resources projects.
• Ensure all human resources related procedures and issues align with regulatory requirements and local standards.
• Lead and participate in project which improve HR operations.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10 years of HR experience with established financial institution in Hong Kong.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English.
