AimReporting directly to Director of People & Organization, Asia Pacific, this incumbent (based in HK) works as business partner with different departments & retail teams in regional markets, to implement HR projects and programs including manpower budget & forecast, talent acquisition, performance & talent management, disciplinary processes, employee communication & engagement, and other HR interventions as needed.
The incumbent also provides continuous consultancy service that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions to retail teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sourcing channels including search agency, referral program, internet, advertisement, and website etc., for effective sourcing & resource management.
- Manage & execute full employee life-cycle activities including sourcing, interviewing, selection of offering activities, new employee onboarding & probation process.
- Manage performance processes, employee discipline / communication / termination processes.
- Communicate & administer, together with C&B team, the company's annual performance review, MBO system particularly key performance indicators for different positions.
- Ensure the HR global standards are fully maintained & developed in all daily activities ensuring HR related projects and policies for internal compliance and supporting business strategies are executed.
- Act as internal partner and gatekeeper to area/store managers in order to resolve people issues, including compliance cases, disciplinary actions, employee conflicts & code of conduct violations.
- Provide performance & talent management guidance to the retail teams including counselling, career development, team structure, objectives setting, etc.
- Budgeting, forecast & actual expenses administration - work closely with HR Controller to complete yearly budget and forecasts including headcount planning, productivity and associated recruitment & other costs.
- Support all new employee engagement related initiatives and activities to strengthen Employer Branding in the markets aiming to attract talent and nurture/embed Moncler culture in employees.
- Project management – assist Director of HR to implement various Global and regional HR prioritized projects and actively participate in the HR team meetings and input to the development of the HR function, focusing on the streamlining of function and digital transformation projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR management or related discipline;
- Min. 5 years relevant experience in large multinational companies and in HR generalist or HRBP related capacity;
- Professional HR skills & knowledge with core HR capability ideally across recruitment, people process, employment issues, performance management, employee engagement, etc.;
- Sound knowledge of compliance, government policy, corporate governance, regulatory requirements;
- Proactive, methodical & result oriented;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
