Comprising KEVIN.MURPHY, KMV, BELLUDIO, BEAUTYSCOPE, and SHOWPONY, we are a global leader in hair care, sold in over 65 countries, with a team of more than 250 passionate professionals.KEVIN.MURPHY is currently seeking a Global Regulatory Project Manager to join our Regulatory, Quality and Scientific Development Department.
The Regulatory, Quality and Scientific Development department has a business enabling function and supports other departments of the Kevin Murphy Group with solutions and possibilities, allowing compliant operations and sales.
The Regulatory Project Manager will, in collaboration with the VP of Regulatory, drive projects, investigations, and communications from a project management perspective, ensuring strong oversight of timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
While the Regulatory Department takes part in many cross-functional projects and workstreams, this role will be responsible for interacting with internal and external stakeholders relevant for the specific projects. Strong communication skills are essential in this role, as is the ability to proactively nudge, follow-up and share reminders to ensure project timelines are maintained.
The Regulatory Department works closely with Supply and Operations, and from time to time, the Global Regulatory Project Manager will lead projects that span across Regulatory and Supply functions.
In addition to project responsibilities, contributing to day-to-day departmental activities is expected to ensure a well-functioning Regulatory Department. All team members are therefore expected to assist across the department’s areas of responsibility when needed.
Success criteria: Building and maintain an overview of all running and upcoming projects, their deliverables, timelines, resources and progress. Effectively communicating updates, such as next steps, risks, dependencies, and milestone completions, to relevant stakeholders.
Bachelor and/or Master's in Chemistry is an advantageIdeal skill sets (capabilities) for success in this role:
