Build personal relationships with Sales SMEs and C-Level customers to ensure early engagement in customers’ problem-and-solution determination process Ensure that customer expectations are appropriately set and managed Lead technical project teams in the delivery of consulting service offerings Final accountability for editing and sign off on project deliverables Presentation of deliverables to client executive management Technology thought leader and evangelist Maintain a broad knowledge and understanding of the current and anticipated future state of the IT infrastructure marketplace including IT infrastructure trends, technologies, and standards Coordinate internal resources/stakeholders, third parties/vendors as well as interfacing customer for the flawless execution of large solution projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders (internal or partner) Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain weekly project tracking meetings with subcontracted vendors in the regions.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Achieve customer delight and loyalty, and upsell additional solutions and services Support the overall Services growth target in assigned geography.
