The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across our corporate relocation, mobility, and international moving services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Identify and secure new corporate clients, relocation management companies, government contracts, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, mobility managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
• Generate leads through networking, industry events, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within the relocation and mobility sector.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management through CRM systems.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience within relocation, logistics, freight forwarding, mobility, property services, or related industries is highly regarded.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
