What You’ll Be Responsible For Winning Strategic Business Identify, pursue, and secure high-value opportunities across target markets Develop and execute strategic business development plans Build strong pipelines aligned to revenue objectives Convert complex opportunities into long-term customer partnerships Leading Complex Sales Cycles Own end-to-end sales processes from prospecting through to deal closure Lead customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations Manage RFQ/RFP processes and solution development Maintain strong customer engagement, developing a deep understanding of logistics needs in order to effectively position and sell tailored solutions Driving Commercial Growth Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities across services and regions Collaborate with global teams to deliver competitive logistics solutions Strengthen market presence within key industries and strategic accounts What We’re Looking For Extensive experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain business development A highly ambitious, commercially driven individual with a strong hunter mindset Proven ability to win and close complex, high-value deals Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Ultra-competitive, results-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding targets Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven commercial environment
