About Your New Job as Business Development Manager As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business development (60%) and nurturing existing accounts (40%).
You will build and maintain strategic relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and decision makers within the construction sector.
You will proactively secure new business opportunities across the full hire product range, collaborating with internal teams to optimise cross-hire potential.
Your territory will cover Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, and Laois, with 70% of your focus on the Greater Dublin area.
What Skills You Need to be the Business Development Manager Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development within the construction sector.
Proven success with cold calling and generating business from construction sites.
Experience managing your own schedule and driving business independently.
What’s on OfferCompetitive base salary (€50-65k), with an uncapped OTE of €70-80k.
Car allowance or company vehicle.
