This is a home-based position where you will be tasked with identifying and targeting new business opportunities to drive growth within the paper and pulp sector. You will engage directly with clients to provide technical solutions tailored to their needs, while simultaneously developing and maintaining long-term professional relationships. This role requires regular travel within Sweden.

The ideal candidate will have a chemistry background, and experience selling chemicals for paper manufacturing.

The Role

Driving new business sales and executing strategic business development initiatives.

Managing and building a portfolio of clients across the Swedish pulp/paper, recycling, or water treatment markets (handling both new and existing business).

Managing a sales territory primarily focused on Sweden, with the potential expansion into Denmark or Norway.

The PersonProven track record in Business Development or Technical Sales.

Strong understanding of chemicals, chemistry, or chemical processes.

Experience selling for a distributor or manufacturer.

Knowledge of the pulp and paper manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.

Fluent in both English and Swedish.
