Sii Sweden is expanding its Microsoft offering and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong focus on Copilot and Power Platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving end-to-end sales processes in the Swedish market. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and position Microsoft-based solutions that deliver real business value.
You will collaborate with technical experts and delivery teams to shape competitive offerings and build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and Microsoft representatives.
Your tasksIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the M365 area (Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform).
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Understand customer needs and develop solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the M365 platform, including Copilot, Power Platform, and Power BIBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and Microsoft representatives
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in the M365 ecosystem
- Cooperate with technical experts to shape competitive offerings on Microsoft-based solutions
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Drive end‑to‑end sales processes: from lead generation to contract closure
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and opportunities
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the IT or technology sector
- Understanding of the M365 ecosystem and its application in solving business problems
- Previous cooperation with Microsoft would be an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as required
- Proficiency in Swedish & English
