We are looking for a dynamic, commercially savvy and technically minded Business Development Manager (BDM) who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and knows how to turn opportunities into success.
Where you can be based Nordics/Baltics, DACH/EMO, Iberia, Italy, or France (hybrid or fully remote depending on location) What you’ll be doing As a BDM at Omron, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—owning the full customer acquisition journey and making a tangible impact on the business.
You will: Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across European markets Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Drive opportunities from prospecting through to conversion Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives to maximize outreach impact Representing Omron at industry events, exhibitions and customer engagements Nurture leads and develops long-term customer partnerships Navigate complex organizations and supply chains to influence and win at every level You will take full ownership of the design-in / design-win cycle, making you a key driver of our future success.
