At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications, performance marketing, advertising agencies.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, ability to draw insights and determine strategies out of report data.
Independent, detailed-oriented and highly organized with strong sense of responsibility,Solid experience in content creation and digital advertising operation like Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, etc.
Experience in leading projects or a small team.
Excellent analytic, presentation and communication skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
