The incumbent will be responsible for preparing, tracking and reporting on sales data (actuals and forecasted), G&A expenses and franchise P&L data for North and South Asia BMU. They will we responsible for the Invoice tracking and collections & DA Incentive tracking
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales reporting for each country with channel (Dine In, Delivery, Aggregator etc.) on a weekly basis to the brand team and the GM, providing insights into trends and fulfilling data requests to global team Help drive the sales forecasting process for the BMU for different periods as and when required Build and refine driver-based models that support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and opportunity sizing Evaluate performance of new value constructs, new products, and any other marketing interventions that have been undertaken Partner with Business Development and Operations functions for insight generation, data pattern recognition, anomaly identification with respect to operations metrics, NSO topline / bottom line performance and tail store identification Enabling business and strategic decisions through the ‘right’ analytics and relevant dashboards.
- Assist in creation of annual plans Support cross functional initiatives / projects to deliver end-to-end as and when required Close coordination with franchisee, India & US SSC to ensure timely Invoicing & Collections Assist brand team and franchisee for SSC issue resolution Tracking and forecasting brand P&L Store P&L and other new / existing franchise health indicator reporting when available Support franchisee to improve unit-level economics, ensuring franchise profitability remains central to growth planning Review execution of DA terms Support on ad-hoc projects and various strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Required
BS degree in finance / accounting or qualified CIMA/CPA/CFA/ACCA4 years’ experience in finance analyst role/finance advisory/external audit roles Great team worker, Good interpersonal skills, Performs well under pressure, Good Analytical skills.
Able to manage great amount of data Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Power BI is a mustKnowledge of Oracle (JD Edwards and/or PeopleSoft) is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate office environment.
