Investment Internship at Fenja Capital - Autumn 2026

Who we are looking forWe are currently looking for highly driven candidates currently studying or who hold a degree to join the team in our office in Stockholm for an Investment Internship during the autumn of 2026. You will be an incremental part in all stages of the investment process, including deal origination, equity and credit analysis, preparing deal documentation and the execution of new investments.

You will also be responsible for improving and optimizing the deal evaluation process to ensure we remain fast-paced in the decision-making of any transaction, and to increase our transaction activity overall.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential investment opportunities, conduct research, and identify trends within the Nordic stock markets
• Assist in coordinating due diligence efforts, including reviewing financial statements, legal documents, and operational aspects of investment targets
• Create and develop financial models to evaluate potential investment targets, assessing risk and return profiles, and providing insights to support investment decisions
• Collaborate closely with senior team members throughout the deal execution process, from sourcing opportunities to structuring and closing transactions
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering critical insights and analysis to all stakeholders
• Monitor and manage investments within the market portfolio, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for value creation
• Qualifications and skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient financial analysis and modelling skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• A high level of curiosity, honesty, and self-motivation
• A genuine interest in investments and a desire to build a career in the capital markets
• Proven academic background
• Previous experience within Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Management Consulting or similar roles are meritorious
