Finance Analyst (FP&A) - Professional Firm (up to 45k)

About the Role

A prestigious professional service is seeking a high-caliber Finance Analyst (FP&A) to drive commercial growth and financial planning across Asia Pacific operations. Acting as a core corporate advisor, you will deliver data-driven insights to executive stakeholders, regional business heads, and division directors to optimize cross-border profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Performance Analysis: Produce comprehensive monthly management performance packs and ad-hoc evaluations tracking regional revenue drivers, margin strengths, and variance risks.

Stakeholder Advising: Present complex key performance indicators (KPIs), operational models, and business-unit profitability data clearly to senior non-finance leadership.

Planning & Forecasting: Drive the annual corporate budgeting and strategic forecasting cycles across all regional jurisdictions, aligning cross-border commercial targets.

Strategic Growth Support: Build detailed investment and business case models to evaluate lateral expansion proposals, executive talent onboarding, and client service-pricing structures.

Process Automation: Leverage advanced analytics tools and modern data technologies to streamline executive reporting, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related commercial discipline.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of commercial FP&A, business analysis, or strategic finance experience; exposure to multinational corporations or fast-paced professional sectors is highly regarded.

Technical Skills

Advanced MS Excel capabilities (data structuring, pivot analysis, advanced formula logic) and robust commercial modelling expertise.

Systems & Innovation: High adaptability to corporate enterprise platforms; prior exposure to robust professional services ERP architectures or data handling scripts (such as SQL, Python, or automation tools) is a distinct advantage.

Languages: Full fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese , with a strong working command of Mandarin .

Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, high accountability, and the executive presence needed to interface confidently with senior business owners.
