Job Description
- Partner with infrastructure and corporate functions to oversee expenses, headcount, and cost allocations
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business priorities
- Perform variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization areas
- Provide financial insights and management reporting to support decision-making
- Support management accounting activities, including cost analysis and expense tracking
- Improve transparency across non-compensation expenses and enhance reporting quality
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support ad-hoc analysis and continuous process improvement
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting, preferably within the financial services industry; candidates from Big 4 are also welcome
- Strong understanding of finance functions, with sound knowledge of industry practices and business environment
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience in data analysis and financial modelling (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
