Zaptec
As a Client Advisor, you’ll play an important role in helping build Zaptec’s presence in Finland. You’ll support partners and clients with technical guidance, contribute to great customer experiences and help shape how we work and grow in this new market. You’ll troubleshoot issues, guide users through solutions and collaborate closely with colleagues across support, product and technical teams.
This is a role where both technical understanding and communication skills matter. We believe you enjoy solving problems, supporting others and continuously improving the way you work.

In this role, some of your tasks will be to:
Handle incoming support requests via phone, email and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, installation and configuration.
Guide clients and partners through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional way.
Escalate more complex cases to technical specialists or engineering teams when needed.
Follow up on cases to ensure issues are resolved and clients are satisfied.
Build strong product knowledge to support clients effectively.
Share feedback and recurring issues internally to help improve products, processes and documentation.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the support team.

Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience working in ticketing systems, CRM systems or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and understandable way.
