You will be expected to: Answer timely and professionally, mails sent by our clients; Contact clients whenever they require and answer their requests about audits, inspections and Lab Testing; Order processing and handling (quotation, entry into system, queries, and follow up); Explain and help clients to book on QIMA's online platform; Follow up on past due invoices with the objective of recovering payments as soon as possible while maintaining a good relationship with clients; Follow any specific matter under the supervision of the Client Service Manager/ Senior Client Service Manager; Respect and apply company rules and policies.
