Student Onboarding Assistant

Are you detail-oriented, technically adept, and skilled at creating order and accuracy? Are you looking for a flexible part-time, student role working 10-15 hours per week and have a keen interest in learning about Customer Success in a growing Proptech startup? About the Role

As a Student Onboarding Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping new customers onboard their property data to our system, ensuring all data is accurate, the relevant settings are enabled and that it happens according to the agreed deadlines.

Your work will include preparing and cleaning property data, editing and uploading images and floor plans, setting up SVGs for our interactive “Property Selector Tool ” and more. You’ll use AI and automations where possible. This role is perfect for a student who wants valuable experience and the chance to make a real impact in a growing startup.

About You

• You’re very organized and thrive by being on top of every detail
• You feel right at home learning new and working with digital tools and juggling data in spreadsheets
• You have experimented with AI tools and automations - or are keen to learn
• Experience with image and vector graphics editing is an advantage but not required
• You can work independently and deliver according to agreed deadlines
• You are most likely a student at CBS, DTU or University of Copenhagen, maybe even focused on data science or similar
